Terms & Conditions

• The final plate rate is calculated based on menu items selected.

• 50% advance is required at the time of booking. Balance to be cleared after the event.

• Transportation charges apply (starting from ₹1500, depending on distance).

• Additional manpower charges apply if the venue is on higher floors.

• Extra plates will be charged fully as per agreed rate.

• Live counters (Rumali Roti, Puri, Bobbatlu, Boorelu, etc.) are charged separately.

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled; advance is non-refundable.

• Party should arrange tables, tablecloths, dustbins, etc., at the venue.

• Crockery, vessels, and hall rentals are to be borne by the party.

• Labour/cleaning charges related to the hall are also to be borne by the party.

• We do not provide room service; food is served only in the dining area.

• Party is responsible for their belongings; we are not liable for theft or loss.

• We are not responsible for natural calamities or situations beyond our control.

• Additional counters will be charged extra if required.
