Terms and Policies
Please read our catering service policies carefully before confirming your booking. These terms are designed to ensure smooth service, clear understanding, and a hassle-free experience for both parties. By booking with Sri Balaji Caterers, you agree to the following conditions:

Booking & Payment

A 50% advance of the total agreed amount is required at the time of booking to confirm the order.

The remaining balance (50%) must be paid on the same day after the function is completed.

Orders will be confirmed only after we receive the advance and full event details (see clause 8).

Transportation & Location Charges
-
Transportation charges start from ₹1,500 and vary depending on the venue distance and logistics.

Additional manpower charges apply when the venue is on the 1st floor or above for carrying items — please inform us in advance.

Package Inclusions

Packages include disposables, cutlery, serving staff, and hot food warmers. (if mentioned)

Any additional counters, live setups, or add-on services will be charged extra.

Crockery / Vessels / Hall Rentals & Related Charges
-
Rent for vessels, crockery, utensils, and related items in function halls (if required) must be borne by the host/party unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Labour, cleaning charges, or any other hall-related fees imposed by the venue are the responsibility of the host/party.

Service & Area Restrictions
-
We do not provide room service in function halls — service will be provided only in the designated dining/serving area.

Hosts should arrange tables, tablecloths, dustbins, power access, and any venue-specific items unless otherwise agreed.

Live Counters & Special Preparation
-
Live preparations (e.g., rumali roti, puri, butter naan, mirchi bajji, bobbatlu, boorelu, etc.) are available but charged extra based on items and setup requirements.

Order Confirmation Requirements
Orders are confirmed only after the client provides:-
Event date, number of guests, meal preference (breakfast/lunch/dinner)

Complete venue address with landmarks

Primary contact number and an alternative number

Food Quantity & Extras

We provide up to 10% extra food by default. If actual consumption exceeds the allocated quantity, additional charges per person will apply.

Extra plates beyond confirmed guest count will be charged at full per-plate rates.

Buffet / Aritaku Bhojanam
-
Buffet service is included at no additional cost in standard packages.

For Sitting/ritaku Bhojanam or other specially arranged services, additional charges will apply (price depends on the menu and serving style).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once an order is booked and advance paid, cancellations by the client are subject to the following:

Advance is non-refundable. (The 50% advance will be retained.)

For cancellations or rescheduling due to force majeure / natural calamities, we will work with the client to reschedule or offer a partial/full refund as appropriate (subjected to internal policies).

Liability & Security
-
The host/party is responsible for the safety of their personal property. Sri Balaji Caterers is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations or losses arising from natural calamities, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.

Additional Charges

Any additional vendor/venue charges (parking, entry fees, permits) requested by the venue or authorities must be borne by the host.

On-site Conduct & Cooperation
-
Our team will follow safe, professional conduct and event schedules. The host must coordinate with our on-site manager for final guest counts, serving times, and special instructions.

Any significant last-minute changes in guest count or menu on the event day may attract additional charges.

Dispute Resolution
-
Any disputes arising from these terms will be addressed first through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.

Acceptance

By confirming a booking and paying the advance, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
